There is always something special about the beginning of a project. We treat every piece of furniture and project as a blank slate, striving to find the optimal solution for our customers. Rather than relying just on tried-and-tested methods, we adapt to the individual requirements of each project. Our motivation is to ensure customer satisfaction, aiming to create something special and sometimes even unique. This requires a high degree of creativity, many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of materials. Only through the interplay of all these factors can we guarantee a successful project. That is why, right from the design stage, we go to great lengths to ensure everyone involved is happy in the end.
THE PLANNING
TURNING CONCEPTS INTO PLANS
Design is the heart of a project, but planning is the mind. This stage establishes the foundation for achieving a high-quality result. Any compromise or negligence at this stage will inevitably lead to a poorer outcome later on. We therefore pay particular attention to this part of our work. Our experienced planners have acquired the necessary knowledge and diligence through countless projects to ensure success. Our process is entirely computer-based and always uses our own measurements. The production department is involved from the outset to explore the existing possibilities. We always consider our customers' interests and strive to optimize the desired outcome.
THE MANUFACTURING
TURNING THEORY INTO PRACTICE
This lies at the core of our existence. It is where we started, and everything we do stems from this. We are very proud of our craftsmanship, which forms the basis of everything we do. At our Berlin-Zehlendorf site, we combine state-of-the-art technology with traditional craftsmanship to manufacture a wide range of furniture across 2,300 m² of production space. We also have an excellent network of like-minded partner companies specializing in a variety of trades. These include saddlers, decorators, upholsterers, gilders and metalworkers, as well as technical trades such as electricians, plumbers and air conditioning engineers. We have maintained close relationships with these companies for 20 years, and they are as committed to high-quality standards as we are.
FITTING
PLANS BECOME REALITY
Once everything has been carefully considered and crafted, it is time for installation — the moment of truth. Precision and experience are just as important here as flexibility and foresight. Our assembly teams bring all the components together on site, paying the same level of care and attention to detail as was given to their design and production. We understand that the success of a project hinges on this final step, which is why we leave nothing to chance.
